The Integrations button is only available to the main account owner. If you're using a subaccount, you won't see the Integrations menu.

How to Check If You're Using a Subaccount

  1. Log in to your GemIQ account.

  2. Click your profile in the bottom-left corner of the application.

  3. Select Members.

  4. Check whether your account is listed as the Owner or as a Member/Subaccount.

If you're not the account owner, you won't have access to the Integrations page.

How to Access the Integrations Button

To gain access, the current main account owner will need to transfer ownership of the account to you.

Once ownership has been transferred, the Integrations button will become available in your GemIQ account.
