Steps

Part 1 — Buy Retouching Credits

  1. Log in to your Retouching Dashboard at picupmedia.com/dashboard.

  2. On the home page, select Buy Credits or Shop from the left-hand panel.

  1. Choose a credit package that suits your volume.

  1. Enter your billing details and complete the payment.

  2. Credits are added to your account immediately and are ready to use.


Part 2 — Place a Retouching Order

Credit cost per service:

  1. Log in to your Retouching Dashboard. Your current credit balance is displayed on the home page.

  2. Create a new order.

  3. Upload the images you want retouched.

  4. Click the pen icon next to any image to add specifications or select additional services such as Hallmarking, Color Change, or PSD/TIFF files.

If your balance is insufficient, you will be prompted to top up or pay at the pay-as-you-go rate.

  1. Read and accept the Terms and Conditions, then click Confirm.

  2. Your order confirmation and remaining credit balance appear on the confirmation page.

Your order is submitted and your credit balance is updated immediately. The confirmation page shows your order details and remaining credits. GemIQ will begin processing your images according to the services selected.

If this does not work

  • Credits not appearing after purchase: Wait a few minutes and refresh the page. If still missing, contact support with your payment confirmation receipt.

  • Payment not processing: Verify your card details are correct and that your card supports international transactions.

  • Insufficient credits error when your balance appears correct: Log out, log back in to refresh your balance, and try again.

Common mistakes

  • Not clicking the pen icon to add additional services — they are not selected by default.

  • Underestimating the total credit cost when multiple services apply to the same image — each service is charged separately.
