Quick Answer

To connect your Shopify store, go to the Integrations tab in the GemIQ settings. Click "Connect" next to Shopify, enter your store's unique .myshopify.com name, and follow the prompts to install the GemIQ in your Shopify admin panel.

Note: Shopify Integration is only available through the Desktop GemIQ App.

Before You Start

  • You need an active GemIQ account.

  • You need an active Shopify store with administrator permissions to install apps.

Steps

  1. Open the GemIQ, go to Settings, and select the Integrations tab.

  2. Find Shopify in the list of available integrations and click Connect.

  3. A popup window will appear asking for your Shopify store name.
