GemHub Won't Download or Install on Windows

Before You Start

Have your GemHub login details ready for when the installation completes.
Steps
Step 1 — Restart Your Computer and Router
Open the Start menu, select Power, and choose Restart.
Unplug your Wi-Fi router from the power source.
Wait 30 seconds, then plug the router back in and allow it to fully reboot.
Once your connection is restored, try the download again.
Step 2 — Switch to a Private Network
Disconnect from your current network.
Connect to a private home network.
Attempt the download again.
Company, school, and public Wi-Fi networks often have firewall restrictions that block Microsoft Store downloads.
