Troubleshooting Missing GemIQ Account Emails

If you can't find your account verification or password reset email, search your inbox for the sender "Picup Media". The email may have been moved to your Spam, Junk, or another filtered folder by your email provider.

Steps
Follow these steps to locate your missing email.
Check Your Spam and Junk Folders: Most missing emails are automatically filtered. Check your email client's
Spam,Junk,Trash,Deleted Items, andArchivefolders first.Search for the Sender: In your email search bar, type
Picup Mediaand press Enter. All emails from us are sent from this sender name.Confirm the Email Address: Double-check that you are looking in the correct email account. Verification and password reset links are only sent to the email address registered with your GemIQ account. If you made a typo during signup, you will need to create a new account with the correct email address.
Whitelist Our Domain (for Corporate Emails): If you are using a work email address, your company's firewall might be blocking our messages. Ask your IT department to add the domain
