How to Integrate the GemHub with The Edge

The integration with The Edge allows for a two-way sync with the GemHub. You can push your inventory from The Edge to the GemHub, add your product photos and videos, and then sync the new media back to your inventory records in The Edge.
Before You Start
An active account for The Edge jewelry store management system.
You must email The Edge support at
support@ajsllc.comto enable the integration and install any new license they provide.Your primary GemIQ account login credentials. You cannot authenticate using a team member's account.
Have both The Edge application and the GemHub open on your computer.
Steps
Authenticate in The Edge: In The Edge application, navigate to
Administrative>Gemlightbox>Authenticate. Enter the login credentials for your primary GemIQ account when prompted.Sync Products to the GemHub: In The Edge, go to
Inventory>Item>Findto locate the products you want to photograph. Right-click to enable checkboxes and select your items. Click theGemLightbutton at the bottom of the screen to push these products to your GemHub.Add Photos and Videos in the GemHub: Open the GemHub. The products you just synced will now be available. Capture or upload your photos and videos and assign them to the correct products.
