Steps

Part 1 — Activate Your Credits

  1. Open the GemStudio activation email you received after purchase.

  2. Copy the activation code from the email.

  1. Log in to your GemIQ account.

  2. Go to your profile and open the GemStudio Credits page.

  3. Paste the activation code in the Redeem Your Credits field.

  4. Confirm. Your credit balance updates immediately.

Part 2 — Open GemStudio

  1. Inside GemHub, navigate to GemStudio.

  2. Select the jewelry image you want to transform.
