Account Types & Billing
Free accounts do not require a registered credit or debit card.
Paid accounts are charged monthly or annually in advance to your registered credit or debit card.
Subscription Bundles
For customers who purchase a Subscription Bundle (e.g., GemLightbox Pro Bundle) that includes a one-year free subscription, the initial payment will be charged to your registered credit/debit card after the free year ends.
After the first year, a monthly fee of $199 will be automatically charged to your card.
Managing Monthly Subscriptions
You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel a monthly subscription at any time.
Upgrades and Downgrades: These changes are initiated immediately. Upgrades result in a pro-rata charge to your registered card. Downgrades receive a credit to be used against future charges.
Cancellations: All cancellations for monthly subscriptions are effective at the end of the current billing month. Your account will then be automatically downgraded to a free account in the following month.
