You can return physical products within 30 days of delivery if they are in their original, unopened, and factory-sealed condition. You are responsible for all return shipping costs. Digital services and original shipping fees are non-refundable. If your product arrives damaged or defective, please refer to our Replacement Policy instead.
Policy for Physical Products
We accept returns for physical products like GemLightbox or GemCam only if they meet these conditions:
Condition: The product must be in its original, unopened, and factory-sealed packaging. Our products are not intended for trial or testing purposes.
Timeframe: You must initiate the return and we must receive the product within 30 calendar days of the original delivery date.
Inspection: All returned items must pass an inspection at our facility to confirm they are unopened and in original condition.
Ineligible Items
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
Any product that has been opened, used, or is not in its original sealed packaging.
Products returned after the 30-day window has expired.
Products that are defective, damaged, or have missing items. These cases are handled under our separate Replacement Policy.
