GemIQ provides a free replacement for any physical product that arrives defective, damaged in transit, or is incorrect. If items are missing from your order, we will send the missing parts. You must report the issue to our support team within 7 calendar days of delivery and provide evidence like photos or videos.

This policy applies to all physical products purchased from GemIQ and is part of our main Terms of Service. Please note that faulty or damaged products are eligible for replacement, not a refund. For information on returning an unopened product, please see our separate Returns & Refunds Policy.
1. Eligibility for Replacement
A product is eligible for a free-of-charge replacement if it meets one of the following criteria upon arrival:
Defective or Faulty: The product has a manufacturing defect and does not function as expected.
Damaged in Transit: The product sustained physical damage during shipping.
Missing Items: Your order arrived incomplete. In this case, only the missing item(s) will be sent, not the entire order.
Incorrect Item: You received a different product than the one you ordered.
2. Reporting Deadline
You must report any issue with a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect item within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.
This 7-day window is a strict requirement that allows us to investigate the issue with our fulfillment and shipping partners. GemIQ reserves the right to deny any replacement claim submitted after this period.
