How to Purchase and Recharge GemStudio Credits

You can add GemStudio credits to your account by purchasing a credit package. This can be done by contacting our support team or directly within the GemHub by navigating to your profile settings.

Before You Start

  • You will need an active GemIQ account.

  • If recharging in-app, you must be logged into the GemHub.

GemStudio Credit Packages

We currently offer the following credit packages:

  • 100 Credits Package: US $600

  • 500 Credits Package: US $1,500

  • 1000 Credits Package: US $2,500

Steps

There are two ways to purchase or recharge your GemStudio credits.

Method 1: Recharge Within the GemHub

  1. Open the GemHub on your computer.

  2. In the bottom-left corner of the window, click on your profile name or icon.

  3. From the menu that appears, select GemStudio Credits.
