GemIQ accepts credit card payments only through its secure online store. Payment plans and cash on delivery are not available. Invoices are sent automatically after checkout, and orders can be canceled before they ship.

What payment methods do you accept?
GemIQ accepts credit card payments only. All orders must be placed through the online store at picupmedia.com. Every transaction is secured and covered by your card issuer's buyer protection.
Do you offer payment plans?
No. GemIQ does not currently offer payment plans. If budget is a consideration, bundle deals and individual accessories can be purchased separately.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No. GemIQ is a 100% online company and does not offer cash on delivery. All payments are processed securely through the online store.
Declined Payments
My credit card was declined. What should I do?
Check your phone or email for a verification prompt from your bank — some transactions require you to authorize the charge before it processes.
If no prompt appears or the issue continues, try a different credit card.
If the problem persists, contact your bank directly to check for restrictions on international or online transactions.

How do I get an invoice for my order?
An invoice is sent automatically to your email address after checkout.
