When Does My Subscription Activate?
Your subscription activates on the same day you purchase it. There is no waiting period.
What Does GemIQ Pro Access Include?
Pro access includes all features listed under the Pro subscription plan. To see the full feature list, visit the GemHub pricing page.
What Happens When My Subscription Renews?
You can view your upcoming renewal date in the Subscription section of your GemIQ account.
When your renewal date arrives, your subscription renews automatically and the payment is charged to your saved payment method.
If you choose not to renew, your account switches to the Free Plan, which includes limited access to the GemHub features. Basic tools remain available, but Pro-level features are disabled until you re-subscribe.
