How to Change Your GemHub Email Address

You cannot change the email address on an existing GemIQ account. If you need to use a different email, create a new account and contact support to transfer your subscription.
Before You Start
Download any images or videos from your current account before proceeding. Files are not transferred automatically.
Have both your old and new email addresses ready.
Steps
Create a new GemIQ account. Sign up at GemHub using the email address you want to use going forward.
Download your files from the old account. Log in to your old account and save any images or videos you want to keep before logging out.
Email support. Send a message to support@picupmedia.com with: - Your new GemIQ account email - Your old GemIQ account email
Wait for confirmation. The support team will transfer your subscription to the new account and confirm when it is done.
Expected Result
Your Pro subscription will be active on your new GemIQ account. You can log in with your new email address and continue where you left off.
If This Does Not Work
If you did not receive a confirmation email from support within one business day, follow up at support@picupmedia.com.
If you cannot log in to your new account after the transfer, clear your browser cache and try again.
