The GemLightbox Pro supports DSLR cameras for both photos and videos. For photos, position your DSLR at the GemLightbox Pro opening and shoot directly. For videos, set the turntable speed dial to Manual mode at the back of the device so it spins continuously while you record.

Before You Start#

  • Your GemLightbox Pro must be set up and powered on.

  • Your DSLR camera must have a charged battery and a memory card with available storage.

  • No app is required when using a DSLR. The App setting on the turntable speed dial is for smartphone use only — do not select it for DSLR workflows.

  1. Place your jewelry inside the GemLightbox Pro.

  2. Position your DSLR at the front opening of the GemLightbox Pro, aimed at the jewelry.
