Before you start

  • GemLightbox Pro is fully assembled and powered on

  • GemCam app is installed on your phone

  • Your phone is connected to the GemLightbox Pro

  • Jewelry is clean and free of dust and fingerprints

Steps

Capture a Photo

  1. Power on your GemLightbox Pro.

  2. Open the GemCam app on your phone.

  3. Connect your phone to the GemLightbox Pro when prompted.

  4. Place your jewelry piece inside the lightbox on the shooting surface.

  5. Close the lightbox lid fully to block ambient light.

  6. In the app, select Photo mode.

  7. Frame your shot using the live preview.

  8. Adjust lighting and camera settings as needed.

  9. Tap the capture button to take your photo.

  10. Review your photo in the app gallery and save or retake if needed.
