Quick answer#

You cannot change the email address on an existing GemIQ account. If you need to use a different email, create a new account and contact support to transfer your subscription.

Before You Start#

  • Download any images or videos from your current account before proceeding. Files are not transferred automatically.

  • Have both your old and new email addresses ready.

Steps#

  1. Create a new GemIQ account. Sign up at GemIQ using the email address you want to use going forward.

  2. Download your files from the old account. Log in to your old account and save any images or videos you want to keep before logging out.

  3. Email support. Send a message to support@gemiq.com with:
    - Your new GemIQ account email
    - Your old GemIQ account email

  4. Wait for confirmation. The support team will transfer your subscription to the new account and confirm when it is done.
