Before You Start

Confirm Bluetooth is enabled on your computer
Open your system settings and make sure Bluetooth is switched on. Your computer cannot detect the GemLightbox without it.Power-cycle the GemLightbox
Use the power switch to turn the GemLightbox off. Wait five seconds, then turn it back on. This resets the Bluetooth connection and makes the unit discoverable again.Disconnect any other devices paired to the GemLightbox
