Steps
Clear Your Chrome Cache
Click the three-dot menu ( ⋮ ) in the top-right corner of Chrome.
Click Settings.
In the Settings search bar, type Cache.
Select Clear Browsing Data from the results.

Click the Advanced tab and set the time range to All Time.
