Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your edited images. This policy outlines the timeframe for requesting adjustments to your completed orders.
Revision Window: A 10-calendar-day revision window begins as soon as your completed images are delivered to your GemIQ account.
Eligible Revisions: This policy covers minor adjustments to the original editing instructions. A change in scope or new editing requests will be considered a new order.
After 10 Days: If you request a revision more than 10 days after delivery, the request will be processed as a new editing order.
