GemCam Resolution and Format Settings
Quick Answer
GemCam captures still images at 4K resolution (3840 × 2160) and records video at 2160 × 2160. Both settings are selected inside GemHub on your desktop or laptop before you shoot.
Before You Start
Confirm your computer meets the minimum system requirements below and that GemHub is installed and you are logged in.

Steps
Capture a Still Image at 4K
Log in to the GemHub on your desktop or laptop.
Click GemCam to open the camera.
Click the Camera button to enter still image mode.
Scroll to the Resolution section.
Select 3840 × 2160 for 4K quality.
