Activating and Using GemStudio

GemStudio is an AI-powered feature inside GemIQ that transforms your jewelry photos into hyper-realistic model shots, lifestyle images, and metal tone variations in one click. Redeem your activation code in GemIQ, then use your credits to generate images.

Before you start

You have purchased GemStudio credits and received your activation email.
You have an active GemIQ account.
Your jewelry photos are uploaded to GemIQ.

Steps

Part 1 — Activate Your Credits

Open the GemStudio activation email you received after purchase.
Copy the activation code from the email.

Log in to your GemIQ account.
Go to your profile and open the GemStudio Credits page.
Paste the activation code in the Redeem Your Credits field.
Confirm. Your credit balance updates immediately.

Inside GemIQ, navigate to your product gallery.

Select the jewelry image you want to transform and click on GemStudio.

Choose one of the three features.

Part 3 — Choose a Feature

Model Image Pro

Generates a hyper-realistic model image from your front-facing jewelry photo.

Select Model Image Pro.
Choose your preferred model style, gender, and skin tone.
Click Generate.

Note: For pendants and earrings, you may be prompted to enter the physical dimensions of the piece. This ensures the model image displays your jewelry at the correct scale.

Lifestyle Image

Places your jewelry on a hyper-realistic background.

Select Lifestyle Image.
Choose your preferred background style.
Click Generate.

Note: For pendants and earrings, you may be prompted to enter the physical dimensions of the piece.

Gold Tone Change

Changes the metal color of your jewelry across a range of finish options.

Select Gold Tone Change.
Browse the available metal tone options.
Click the finish you want. GemStudio applies the tone change automatically.

Expected result

A new image appears in your GemIQ Gallery after generation. Each generation uses one credit. You can download or share the image directly from GemIQ.

If this does not work

Activation code not accepted: Check that you copied the full code with no extra spaces. Codes are case-sensitive.
Credits not updating after redemption: Refresh the GemStudio Credits page. If the balance still does not update, contact support with your activation email and order number.
Generation fails or produces an unexpected result: Use a sharp, front-facing image with good lighting. Avoid blurry, heavily cropped, or angled photos.
No dimensions prompt for pendants or earrings: Try re-selecting the image and choosing the feature again.

Common mistakes

Copying only part of the activation code — copy the entire string from the email.
Using a blurry or angled photo for Model Image Pro — a sharp, front-facing shot gives the best result.
Skipping the dimensions step for pendants or earrings — omitting dimensions can cause scale issues in the generated image.
Not checking credit balance before generating — each generation uses one credit.
