This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal intended use, as determined by GemIQ following troubleshooting and, where required, product inspection.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, accidental damage, misuse, neglect, improper handling, liquid damage, incorrect setup, power-related issues, use contrary to provided instructions, unauthorised repairs or modifications, or damage caused by third-party products or accessories.

Accessories, attachments, cables, adapters, consumables, and ancillary items are not covered unless otherwise required by applicable law.

If a covered defect is confirmed during the applicable warranty period, GemIQ may, at its option and subject to applicable law, repair the product or replace it with the same model or an equivalent model.

For approved in-warranty claims, GemIQ will cover replacement shipping in accordance with its warranty and returns process. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, customers may be responsible for shipping or assessment costs associated with claims that are found not to be covered under warranty.

For GemLightbox Max, GemCam Pro, GemLightbox Elite Kit Pro, and GemLightbox Elite Kit Max only, GemIQ may, at its discretion, offer the original purchaser a replacement main unit at 50% of the then-current recommended retail price after the expiry of the applicable 2-year warranty period and before the third anniversary of the original purchase date.
