Using GemLoupe with Multi-Lens Cameras

If your smartphone has more than one camera lens, you will need to find which one is the primary lens used by the GemHub.

  1. Open the GemHub on your device.

  2. Clip the GemLoupe over one of the camera lenses.

  3. If you see a clear, magnified image on your screen, you have found the correct lens.

  4. If the screen is black or blurry, simply move the GemLoupe to a different lens until the camera view appears.

GemLightbox Compatibility

The GemLoupe is a standalone tool for capturing magnified images and videos of gemstones and diamonds. It is not designed to be used at the same time as the GemLightbox, GemLightbox Pro, GemLightbox Max, or the GemLightbox Macro lens.
