Setting Up the GemLightbox Turntable

The GemLightbox Turntable connects to your GemLightbox via an included power cord and pairs to the GemHub over Bluetooth. Setup takes under two minutes. Once connected, you can capture 360° spin videos and photos directly from the app.

Before You Start

  • Make sure your GemLightbox is powered on and placed on a stable, flat surface.

  • Download and install the GemHub on your smartphone (iOS or Android).

  • Have the turntable power cord ready — it is included in the box.

  • Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone.

Steps

  1. Connect the Power Plug the white power cord into the socket on the side of the turntable. Connect the other end to the power socket inside the GemLightbox.

  2. Position the Turntable Place the turntable inside the GemLightbox. Center it carefully so it can rotate freely without touching the walls.

  3. Power On the Turntable Press the black button on the side of the turntable to turn it on.

  4. Connect via Bluetooth Open the GemHub. Tap Device, then select your turntable from the list to pair it.

  5. Start Capturing Your turntable is now ready. Use the GemHub to control rotation and begin shooting 360° videos or photos.

Expected Result

The turntable rotates smoothly inside the GemLightbox. You can control it from the GemHub and capture consistent, professional 360° shots of your jewelry.

If This Does Not Work

  • Turntable does not power on: Check that the power cord is firmly seated in both the turntable socket and the GemLightbox power socket.

  • Bluetooth pairing fails: Close and reopen the GemHub. Confirm Bluetooth is enabled on your phone. Move your phone closer to the turntable and try again.

  • Turntable does not appear in the app: Power the turntable off, wait five seconds, power it back on, then refresh the Device list in the app.
